The first step is to formulate a plan on what will happen if you return to your work. This is something that a lot of people make a mistake on as they don’t plan about what will happen to their child. There has to be a place where your baby will be able to stay while you are at work. Planning on some childcare is very important when it comes to this.

You need to understand that the difficulty will not just be on you when you return to work because it will also be hard for your baby. Since you will be together 24/7 after giving birth, the case can be related to separation anxiety. This is why it is also going to be hard for them when you go away. You need to make them used to you not being around all the time but this can be harder when you are breastfeeding.
